| | Leadership Team Roles 
This leader serves as the coordinator for all leadership team activities, including scheduling meetings, as needed, to accomplish strategic planning, calendaring, budgeting and ministry assessments. He also serves as a point of coordination with the pastorate and other church ministries.
This leader serves as the main point of contact for publicizing all Ministry activities through the VBC communications links (bulletin, website, newsletter, etc.), local media and groups or agencies that present the intent of the event.
This leader is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all the Men's discipleship and leadership training activities. The goal is to conduct at least one class per quarter.
This leader serves as the liaison for bringing the Men together to form bonds and establish accountability. Activities would be scheduled on a regular basis and may include events such as bowling, movie night, football trip, basketball games, camping, fishing, etc. It would also include tracking attendance and serve as a point of contact for other fellowship activities.
This leader is the liaison for Men's service projects. He will work through the Men's Ministry and Adult Bible Fellowship to build a team of volunteers and coordinate the activities. He would receive, review, and evaluate the requests and present to the ministry.
Growth Group Leader (various): This leader serves as the leader or co-leader of a men’s small group, providing a safe environment for men to grow together spiritually and be encouraged on a weekly basis.
This leader serves as the liaison for suggesting and securing resources for Men's activities (speaker for breakfast meetings, celebrities for special events, etc.). He is also responsible for coordinating praise and worship, travel details, honorarium payment, etc.
Food & Facility Preparation (Jeremy Culp): This leader is responsible for coordinating food services and preparing any necessary facilities for Ministry events. This would include securing facilities, developing menus, buying food, preparing food and coordinating facility set-up and clean-up activities in support of Ministry activities.
This leader serves as the liaison for handling event registration and collection of payment for the event participants.
